Clip-card support

Clip-card support allows you to optimize your needs for competent IT support according to your requirements. At sysCore ApS everything is custom – so you can also customize your support package. Have in mind, that the more you buy, the higher the discount.

How does it work?

You select and pre-pay a package that interests you. Whenever you need us – just call, e-mail or ask us to visit you. The time spent on solving your assignment will be subtracted from your clip-card. You can track your usage through our Internal Systems, meaning that you have full control over everything. The smallest billing unit is set to 10 minutes. What is most important – your clip-card hours never expire.

5 hours, billing unit: 10 minutes. No expiration date. Savings: up to 7%*

Coverage: e-mail/telephone support, programming & system administration.

10 hours, billing unit: 10 minutes. No expiration date. Savings: up to 8%*

Coverage: e-mail/telephone support, programming & system administration.

15 hours, billing unit: 10 minutes. No expiration date. Savings: up to 10%*

Coverage: e-mail/telephone support, programming & system administration.

20 hours, billing unit: 10 minutes. No expiration date. Savings: up to 11%*

Coverage: e-mail/telephone support, programming & system administration.
